If you grew up in the 80s like I did listening to KROQ With Richard Blade Rodney on the Rock and Jed the fish You love bands like the Cure and The Smiths My goal was to frame this awesome guitar which I got signed By the members of both bands unfortunately I never got around to it It was still very cool to meet the members of The Smiths and the Cure.

I met Johnny Marr Of the Smith's at the Coachella Valley Music Festival In Indio California on April 12th 2013.
As for Mike Joyce and Andy Rourke of The Smiths. I got them in 2009 I at the East Village radio show in the village in New York City New York Where they were DJs.
I went to the original Hard Rock restaurant in London as a child and thought the idea of guitars framed was so cool. I have been collecting signatures for nearly my whole life and was always coming across musicians so I always made it a point to keep guitar on hand to get the signatures. Later I would either frame the autographed with a picture of the band (SEE EXAMPLE above)

There are two very simple answers. #1 I rarely paid for my signatures as my hobby over the period of 40 years was to track down celebrities and have the marvelous feeling of the interaction and the accomplishment of having a unique experience compared to my friends and family.
