I got this photo signed personally by two of baseballs most iconic players of all time in Mickey Mantle and Joe DiMaggio.
Mr. DiMaggio signed this photo for me at the Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage Ca. where he was participating in the Dinah Shore celebrity classic golf tournament/
And Mickey Mantle signed this photo for me at The Airport Marriott Hotel Los Angeles Ca. where he was a guest of honor at the first National Baseball Card Collectors convention
in July of 1990 he was relaxing in the lobby bar.
As a kid My First Love was getting baseball cards signed going to spring training in Palm Springs Arizona Florida going to old timer's baseball game such as the Cracker Jack Old-Timers Game in Washington DC Cooperstown New York for the induction ceremonies we would have to stay in Albany in New York several hours outside of Cooperstown because there was no rooms available and I was lucky enough to have grandparents that would wake up at 5 in the morning and drive me to and from Cooperstown daily to get signature.
As I got older this passion never subsided and throughout my life, I continued to make annual trips to Spring Training, MLB All Star Games, and visit the Hotels where MLB teams stayed as well as go to many ball games and get signatures at the stadium.
